What We Do

ARWWA

OUR IMPACT : EMPOWERING FAMILIES

Holistic Awareness & Education

Every month, we host specialized sessions on the topics such as Financial management, Savings, Education loans, Retirement planning, Effective communication between Parents and Children etc. These lectures are designed to help families make informed decisions and secure a better future.
In the field of health and wellness, we regularly organize medical camps for preventive care and early diagnosis. Our focus includes spreading awareness about conditions such as PCOS, cervical cancer, breast cancer, and other women-centric health concerns.

RUBARU: Conversations That Inspire

We recently launched a unique initiative called “RUBARU”—a pilot project featuring interactive sessions led by professional counselors. Through simple yet meaningful activities, participants are guided to reflect on their critical roles in the family, society and nation-building. The core message is to prioritize personal health, happiness, and aspirations.

Skill Development & Livelihood Training

ARWWA is deeply invested in skill development programs that promote self-reliance and confidence. We offer regular training in diverse fields such as:
a. Driving
b. Taekwondo
c. Music (Playing Instruments)
d. Baking
e. Stitching

g. Beauty & Wellness

These programs aim to open new avenues for income generation and personal growth.

Community Bonding & Support

Beyond empowerment and education, we cherish our close-knit community. Our monthly welfare events include picnics, tambola games and other fun-filled activities that strengthen interpersonal bonds and bring families together in a spirit of joy and camaraderie.

Our Mantra: Asha, Vishwas & Maitri

At ARWWA, we strive to motivate, inspire, and support each other like one big family. Guided by the values of Asha (Hope), Vishwas (Trust), and Maitri (Friendship), we continue to walk hand-in-hand towards a brighter and empowered future.

just that through DGAR.
“I always wanted to be a self-reliant woman and I got the
opportunity through DGAR.I remember the time when my daughter
asked me a barbie cake for her birthday but I could not fulfil the
demand as the cake seemed expensive. DGAR helped to not only bake
variety of cakes for my daughter but also get orders from friends and
families. I have been nick-named ‘cake didi’ here in DGAR because of my
skill.”-Dipali Giri W/O Nb/Sub Dilip Giri
